Dr. Minda Stackelhouse is a dedicated coach/educator that has focused her 30 year career on running a highly successful small business, coaching small business leaders, growing schools, and empowering school leaders.
In the last decade, she has helped small businesses grow revenue, build market share, and provided invaluable coaching and guidance in areas such as relationship building, strategic planning, systematic growth, and goal setting. She has co-owned and ran a profitable business for over 21 years. Through those years she has grown the business into a six figure business that has a stellar reputation in her community. Her expertise in marketing, employee management, and organizational leadership has been pivotal to her success.
At the same time the impact that she has had on education is equally impactful. Her passion for education is evident in her diverse experience in K-12 education as well as the numerous milestones reached; including leading a Covey Leader in Me leadership school and transforming it into the first Covey Lighthouse school on the West Coast, significantly improving academic results as a school principal, building a robust dual enrollment college program at two charter schools that support high school students to obtain college credit, and coaching and supporting numerous leaders at school sites and district offices to be highly effective transformational leaders.
In the last decade, she has been a dedicated supporter of charter and public schools, providing invaluable coaching and guidance to administrators in areas such as shared leadership, relationship building, strategic planning, systematic growth, and goal setting.
